1. User Accounts
- Each customer is allowed to create one account only. We reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice for customers attempting to create multiple accounts.
- Customers must provide valid and accurate information to comply with regulations. This includes accurate names, addresses, and payment details. In some cases, additional documentation such as an ID or passport may be required for customs or payment verification.
- Tinkerfun is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or customs issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
2. Ordering
- Product Availability: Due to popularity or supply limitations, we may limit the quantity of products available for purchase and reserve the right to make changes even after an order is placed.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Estimated Shipping Time: Shipping times shown are estimates for when the package leaves our facility. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tinkerfun is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- Customs and Taxes: Customers are responsible for complying with local laws, customs clearance, and any applicable import taxes or duties. Shipping insurance does not cover customs-related issues.
- Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned due to an incomplete address or if the buyer refuses to accept the package, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any associated costs.
- Delivery Confirmation: All orders reported as "delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. Tinkerfun is not liable for claims of non-delivery in such cases.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Warranty and Return Policy: Our standard warranty covers 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Eligible Returns: Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items must not show signs of misuse or damage.
- Non-Eligible Returns: Items not purchased from Tinkerfun, missing serial numbers, damaged by user error, or outside the warranty period are not eligible for return.

Return Process:
- Submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to service@tinkerfun.com, including your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos).
- Ship the item to the address provided with the original packaging and RMA authorization. Customers are responsible for providing a valid tracking number.
- Once received, Tinkerfun will process a replacement or refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
6. Pricing
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Prices do not include VAT, import taxes, or duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
7. Customer Behavior
Tinkerfun values professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions. Unacceptable behavior towards our team may result in limited or suspended service. Examples include:
- Offensive, abusive, or threatening language.
- Unsubstantiated allegations or vexatious complaints.
- Demanding outcomes outside the scope of our policies.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for customers engaging in unacceptable behavior.
